I took up golf again after 40 years to be able to play with my son in-law. My wife encouraged me to play, so I bought a starter set of clubs from a sports store. My son in-law had a set of calloways and my goal became to get a set of my own. When I discovered the used calloway sight on the net, it became a godsend to me. Within the past few months I have purchased a Big Bertha 5 and 7 wood from this sight. I could not be better pleased. They look like new, they feel great in my hands, and oh that sweet sound when I hit a shot with them. All I can say is go Calloway!

I purchased the 3,7 & 9 2007 Big Bertha Metal Woods from you after purchasing an 11 from a club pro shop, where I won an FT5 driver at an outing. I had lost 10 to 15 yards on my mid & long range irons & wanted to find something to give me back the lost distance. I was able to effortlessly & accurately hit the 11 wood 145 to 155 yards, which was my old 7 iron distance. I liked it so much, that I purchased the other 3 clubs from you. I have not been dissapointed with the results & have replaced the 6,5 & 4 irons & the Adams 7,5 & 3 metal woods. I now carry in my bag 4 wedges,the 9,8 & 7 irons, the 4 Big Bertha fairway metal woods, a Big Bertha Hybrid 3, the FT5 driver & a putter. My handicap is now on its way back down!

I mostly use this from tee on long par 3's (over 200 yds, for me). With good lie, I'll use it off the fairway, but generally rely on hybrids since 3H goes almost as far, and is easier to hit consistently off the ground.

I've had several other fairway woods. The big Berthas are accurate and easy to hit. Those par fives are all within range now. I've used these clubs in two best ball tournements and we won both of them. My team mates were impressed by the accuracy and distance of my fairway shots. I would highly recommend the Big Bertha fairway woods to anyone. In fact I already have. I've also recommended this site to many people

These woods are replacements for older Big Bertha woods. I loved my old set but I wanted to leave those at my daughters and it was time to update. I'm very happy with them though I did re-grip with Winn grips.

I bought the 5-7-and 9 and they improved my fairway to green game. The like new and very good rated clubs are just like clubs you look at at the sporting goods store. No marks you can see. These pre-owned clubs are the best. Thanks Tim

I have always struggled to consistently hit a 3-wood solidly enough to get it really airborne. Based on golf magazine reviews of the Big Bertha I bought a pre-owned 3-wood. It was almost startling how easy it was to get a nice high shot off the deck. Great off the tee as well for tight holes. I picked up the 5-wood later. These clubs give you confidence as you stand over the ball, which is half the battle.

I purchased a 2007 Big Bertha 460 Driver and this fairway wood is the perfect compliment!
Having totally abandoned using 3 woods, I decided to finally try a Callaway. What a difference. I can now put away my 3 and 4 irons and have a chance of getting on from the fairways. This is a smooth club. Long time user of Callaway drivers I have no idea why it took so long to try one of the fairway clubs but very pleased that I did.........Dale

i just bought one off of here and all my friends and me love it. i used to not be able to reach par 5's in two but with this 3 wood i can. even on the miss hits it feels solid and is long. callaway big bertha 3wood + you using it = strokes off your game!!!!!!!!!!!! best wood eva!!!

The different size of the club face from my steelhead III # 7 wood seems to be messing me up...practicing on the range will help I'm sure but for now, my old 7 is in my bag !!!

I bought the club to get greater distance on my second shots and it is working out great.
I like the feel of it, weight and loft.I'm getting more distance with it than my old 5 wood.

Based on top shelf reviews in Golf Digest and Golf Magazine I purchased the 3-wood. It was startling how well I hit this. It's easy to put a good swing on the ball, most swings produce solid contact, great trajectory and distance. Equally effective off fairway lies and from the tee. Now my favorite club. I've ordered the 5-wood to go with it.

Easy to hit club. I have the 5 wood. Just put a smooth swing and I get great distance and accuracy. Just ordered the 3 wood to replace a Taylormade R7 draw.

The shaft flex is over-rated. If you want a regular buy a stiff. These are easy to hit but not very accurate due to the weak shaft.

Not being able to control my driver I have wanted a new 3 wood for some time, and did I find one! I was averaging about 270 yds on my drives the last time I played. The club played well with my natural draw. I found I can even hit it out of the fairway with more ease than my old Taylor Made! Taylor made has lost a customer....[...]

I am a golfing freak of nature. I can hit driver all day long, very far and reasonably straight. But to tee off with a 3-wood on a short par 4 has been disastrous for me. I have worked and worked, tried various equipment, and still come up with the same deadly snap hook. I saw a 2007 Big Bertha 3-wood at the local golf shop and hit it a few times in the booth. It felt wonderful, solid and long, AND WAS NOT HOOKING! I then saw one available on the Callaway pre-owned site and jumped all over it. (Made a trade, which worked out wonderfully!) Although I haven't been able to play a round with it yet due to the onset on winter, I did have two opportunities to take it to the practice range. Once again, the club performed flawlessly for me, and I discovered yet another benefit...I could hit this 3-wood off the deck as well as anything! Bottom line, my set is now totally complete, tweaked and ready for my big Pinehurst vacation next summer. And I couldn't be happier.

First time I used the 5-wood I was 210 away in the short rough. Aimed a little right because there was a water hazard on the left, took a nice easy swing, and hit a beautiful little draw just short of the green.

Set up is great I get feeling that this club wants to fly. It's easy to stay on plane. The feeling of good balance of club feeds back to player for confidence.

I like the Big Bertha 3 wood because of the playability of the club. I like the top to bottom depth of the club, because it gives you tolerance on off center hits. I used the same 3 wood for about 12 years till I found the big bertha . It is great!!!!

Needed a 3 wood for long par 3's and second shots on par 5's. This is as forgiving and easy to hit as any I've had and I've had a few.

Easy to align at adress - well balanced, square look and feel. Works equally well off the tee or from the fairway or the rough. Really like the feel of the Prolaunch shaft.

When I need accuracy off the tee I rely on my new 3 wood as I feel confident with the club in my hands. In the fairway I do not hesitate when the green is within my range.It is one of the most comfortable clubs I use, the others are my Callaway irons.
I was looking for a floor wood then I review the golfdigest hotlist 2007. The best is this one. They don´t lie. The first time I used, the shot was a 240 feet one.
I have the 3W one and I´m gonna get the 5W one
I have been able to hit the green in 2 shoots on the par 4 holes something I never was able to do with my old Clubs. My shoots are longer and straighter with the new clubs.

Great wood, very easy to hit from the turf for such a big clubhead. Off center hits were still as straight as an arrow and just as long, just a little off line.
